Administrative Officer

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional, and culturally appropriate manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them promptly to the relevant departments or stakeholders.

Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to executives and internal teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documentation, and record keeping with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception and office environment at all times.

Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, and general administrative needs.

Support internal processes by ensuring documentation and administrative workflows are followed consistently.

Liaise with internal departments and external parties as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements

Minimum
5 years of experience
in an administrative, office coordination, or front office role, preferably within a corporate or group environment.

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration
or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Arabic
.

Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational and time management skills.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with
UAE local regulations, business customs, and workplace etiquette
