Administrative officer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for domestic and international visits
  • Handle shipping and customs clearance processes
  • Organize company events and activities
  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and facility management
  • Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration
  • Max Age is 30
  • Females only
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate and committed to work
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
