Administrative Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, maintain records, and provide support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
