Administrative Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee administrative operations, transportation coordination, and company fleet management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company vehicles, coordinating transportation requirements, maintaining vehicle documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate company transportation requirements for employees, clients, and operational activities.
  • Oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance, servicing, registration, and insurance renewals.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, Salik charges, traffic fines, and maintenance records.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle safety and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, permits, insurance policies, and driver documents.
  • Coordinate with drivers and external service providers for transportation and vehicle-related matters.
  • Prepare transportation schedules and allocate vehicles based on operational requirements.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and prepare monthly reports related to fleet and transportation costs.
  • Assist management with office administration, procurement, and operational support.
  • Maintain records of employee transportation and vehicle assignments.
  • Investigate and report vehicle incidents, accidents, and insurance claims when required.
