This position performs advanced administrative and supervisory support within a central division, assisting with budget preparation, procurement, reporting, and operational analysis. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for coordinating reports, conducting data analysis and validation, processing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting audits and compliance activities.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) is preferred, along with experience in report preparation, data analysis, and data validation. Customer service experience is highly desired.
