Administrative Officer (Document Control & Liquidation Support)

Job Details:

· Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

· Salary: Starting from AED 2,500 (based on experience)

· Employment Type: Full-time

Role Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage document control systems, including proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of records

· Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance of company and client documentation

· Handle and coordinate documentation for company liquidation processes

· Prepare and review key documents such as trade licenses, MOA, resolutions, and clearance requirements

· Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for documentation and compliance submissions

· Track and monitor the progress of liquidation cases and document status

· Ensure all documentation meets UAE regulatory and compliance standards

· Prepare reports, maintain records, and support overall administrative operations

· Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity of all records

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration or document control

· Strong knowledge and experience of UAE liquidation processes and documentation

· Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Experience in corporate services, auditing, or consultancy firms

· Basic understanding of UAE business regulations and documentation processes
