Administrative Officer – Hotel Management

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer to support daily hotel management operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel administration
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operational procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate between departments efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Support hotel management with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and finance departments
  • Assist in scheduling, staff documentation, and internal communications
  • Monitor inventory and administrative supplies
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
