Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitors.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management.
- Prepare reports, memos, and documents as required.
- Assist in HR-related tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of office premises.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Support procurement and logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
