Administrative Officer (Male Only)

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitors.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and documents as required.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of office premises.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
