The Impact You’ll Make

• Financial Accuracy: Own the full-cycle AP/AR process, from coding invoices to posting receivables and making bank deposits.
• Inventory Mastery: Track our daily production, reconcile goods inventory, and manage purchase orders to ensure our crew has what they need to build.
• The People Piece: Lead the charge on employee onboarding, managing HR documentation, and ensuring payroll is seamless and confidential.
• Operational Support: Support management across our Missoula and Bozeman sites, keeping the "gears" of the business greased through MDOT management and credit card auditing.
• The Face of Bridger: Manage front-desk operations with a professional, "can-do" attitude that reflects our company values.
