Administrative & Operations Assistant

Company Overview:
We are a growing cleaning services company in Qatar, providing reliable and high-quality cleaning solutions to residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients and cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for cleaning staff
  • Assign jobs and ensure timely service delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, messages, and emails
  • Maintain accurate client records and job tracking
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and invoices
  • Monitor staff attendance and report operational updates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable handling frequent client interactions throughout the day
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, messaging apps)
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in staff scheduling or coordination
  • Background in service-based industries (cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
