Company Overview:
We are a growing cleaning services company in Qatar, providing reliable and high-quality cleaning solutions to residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients and cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for cleaning staff
- Assign jobs and ensure timely service delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
- Respond promptly to phone calls, messages, and emails
- Maintain accurate client records and job tracking
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns
- Support basic administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and invoices
- Monitor staff attendance and report operational updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable handling frequent client interactions throughout the day
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, messaging apps)
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in staff scheduling or coordination
- Background in service-based industries (cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
