Senior Admin

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all accounting transactions</li><li>Prepare budget forecasts</li><li>Publish financial statements in time</li><li>Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Ensure timely bank payments</li><li>Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements</li><li>Report on the company&rsquo;s financial health and liquidity</li><li>Audit financial transactions and documents</li><li>Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary</li><li>Comply with financial policies and regulations</li><li>Monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budget amounts and reviews transactions for accuracy</li><li>Support accounts payable/receivable activities to ensure accuracy and recording Perform monthly bank settlements and reconciliations</li><li>Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts</li><li>Manage the preparation of reporting tool month-end closings data load, verification, and report updates for market reporting</li><li>Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Work experience as an Accountant / Admin</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables</li><li>Experience with general ledger functions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree</li><li>Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>Accounting : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>

Senior Accountant

<ul><li>Needs to have a degree / higher education</li><li>Good with computer skills and communication</li><li>Prepare time sheets and make schedules</li><li>Procurement of equipment and checks / purchases</li><li>Procure quotations and compare it to multiple supplier lines</li><li>Make sure the documentations are up to date and report to HR</li><li>Experience with M.S office , word , excel , emailing........
