Sales associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our local pet retail shop in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pets, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while assisting with daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations related to pet food, accessories, and supplies
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
• Handle cashier duties, including billing and payments
• Assist with inventory management and stock receiving
• Ensure proper care and handling of pet-related products
• Support promotional activities and in-store sales initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred (pet shop experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Passion for animals and basic knowledge of pet care
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude
• Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate
