Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of pet products within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and pet shops
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal placement in retail outlets
- Execute in-store promotions and support new product launches
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales (experience in pet products or FMCG is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of distributor and retail sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong time management and territory planning abilities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
