About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Doha. In this role, you will be the face of Skilled Software in the Qatar market — building relationships with local businesses and helping them discover how our cloud ERP solution, OAS (Office Automation System), can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across target sectors including healthcare, retail, F&B, and hypermarkets
• Present and demonstrate the OAS platform to business owners and decision-makers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Gather market feedback and report on competitor activity
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in software, IT, or B2B solutions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (Arabic preferred)
• Understanding of Qatar's local business landscape and culture
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid Qatar ID
• Experience with ERP or business software is a plus but not required
• Driving License is plus but not mandatory
• Available to join immediately
