Sales Executive – Photocopiers / MFP Solutions

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in Photocopiers / Multifunction Printer (MFP) Solutions (Ricoh preferred, other leading brands acceptable) to join our growing sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell Ricoh photocopiers, printers, and document management solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Qatar market.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while building long-term relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with service and support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in selling photocopiers, printers, or MFP solutions.
• Experience with Ricoh products is preferred; candidates from other leading brands are also welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of dealer channel, corporate, government, and SME customers in Qatar.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
• Transferable visa / NOC is an advantage.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in Managed Print Services (MPS) and document solutions.
• Existing customer network and market contacts in Qatar will be an added advantage.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and propose suitable print and document solutions.
