Sales Executive – Paints & Paint Services (Male & Female)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives (Male & Female) with proven experience in selling paints, coatings, and paint-related services. The ideal candidates must have strong market knowledge, client relationships, and a successful track record in generating revenue and achieving sales targets within the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and develop new business opportunities for paints and paint services.

•Generate sales through contractors, consultants, project owners, retail, and corporate clients.

•Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

•Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

•Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.

•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

•Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

•Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.

•Promote company products and services professionally in the market.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

•Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in paints, coatings, or paint services.

•Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

•Strong network with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in Qatar.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

•Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
