About the Role:We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven social media &amp; Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all social media accounts on a daily basis, developing engaging content, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, content creation, and performance tracking, along with the ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain all social media platforms daily (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos</li><li>Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies aligned with business goals</li><li>Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers</li><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations</li><li>Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms when required</li><li>Maintain brand identity, tone, and visual consistency across all channels</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, and reach</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Nationality: Arabic (mandatory)</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management and marketing</li><li>Proven experience in handling multiple social media accounts daily</li><li>Strong knowledge of content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing</li><li>Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms</li><li>Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic &amp; English preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
