Outdoor Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular outdoor visits to clients and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.
• Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Promote and sell the company's services.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the company database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of outdoor sales experience.
• Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of the local market and business environment is an advantage.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their actual sales performance and business generation capabilities, not solely on interview responses or claimed experience.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
