Administrative & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient manager to support day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining records, and coordinating between different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Ensure safety, security, cleanliness and support for smooth office , Colleagues attendance report
  • Manage cleaning staff, ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Arrange and monitor maintenance for office equipment and supervise all activities related to the working environment
  • Manage purchasing of office supplies and other company-related items when required
  • Handle outdoor tasks office-related errands.
  • Ensure office will run smoothly and effectively
  • Assisting in daily administrative tasks
  • Track tasks, follow up with teams, and ensure timely completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
