We are seeking a highly organized and efficient manager to support day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining records, and coordinating between different departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Ensure safety, security, cleanliness and support for smooth office , Colleagues attendance report
- Manage cleaning staff, ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Arrange and monitor maintenance for office equipment and supervise all activities related to the working environment
- Manage purchasing of office supplies and other company-related items when required
- Handle outdoor tasks office-related errands.
- Ensure office will run smoothly and effectively
- Assisting in daily administrative tasks
- Track tasks, follow up with teams, and ensure timely completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
