Responsibilities of an Administrative Order Specialist

  • Respond to internal and external partner inquiries
  • Process complex orders accurately from intake through filing
  • Maintain accurate records within the customer management system
  • Investigate and resolve order-related issues
  • Prepare order packets and materials for sales fulfillment
  • Communicate order status and fulfillment details to internal partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency
  • Create purchase orders as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years work experience to include order processing work, preferred.
  • Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
  • Time Management
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Construction background is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
