Job Overview
GO2 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Procurement Coordinator. This dual functional role is responsible for the full lifecycle of product procurement; from sourcing and negotiating to receiving and inventory management, while providing essential administrative support to our Sales and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate is a proactive "multitasker" who can pivot from preparing sales proposals to negotiating with vendors without losing focus.

Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Research and order everything from specialized hardware and software licenses to internal office essentials.
  • Build relationships with our suppliers, negotiate for the best value, and manage deal registrations.
  • Track orders for timely delivery, receive/allocate hardware (laptops, phones, etc.), and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Update internal systems with order details, discounts, and vendor information to ensure supply chain transparency.

2. Administrative & Sales Support

  • Maintain contact lists, file documents, and log customer interactions to ensure data integrity across the company.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and perform invoice/product analysis.
  • Keep our internal databases (Autotask, QuoteWerks, and QuickBooks) accurate and organized.
  • Support the sales team in reaching revenue targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction regarding purchasing inquiries.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Purchasing Agent.
  • Proven experience in a role requiring both office coordination and vendor interaction.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
  • Preferred Experience: Proficiency in Autotask, QuoteWerks, and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
  • Typing: Above-average speed (60 WPM).

Soft Skills:

  • Sharp Attention to Detail: Critical for managing purchase orders and complex sales proposals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to build relationships and secure the best value for resale products.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment with fluid supply chain conditions.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
