As an Administrative Program Coordinator on our team, you will support the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives while serving as a key liaison across departments to promote efficiency and collaboration. This role is primarily administrative, with responsibilities including invoicing, billing, supply ordering and expense tracking, as well as research-related administrative support such as maintaining documentation, regulatory files and IRB paperwork

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • With guidance from the Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.

  • Update, monitor and manage databases.

  • Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.

  • Analyze project improvement and progress.

  • Report on discrepancies and variances.

  • Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.

  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

  • Attend meetings and record key outcomes.

  • Support all office administrative functions.

  • Develop and maintain updates.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience or customer
    service

  • OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree

  • Computer skills and experience with software applications

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • Healthcare experience or related organization

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $18.88

Maximum hourly: $28.80

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
