Administrative Sales Support Assistant

About Us

We are a fast-growing food distribution company committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide support and updates
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and order requests
  • Support new customer accounts and assist with onboarding
  • Follow up on warm and cold leads to help grow the customer base
  • Coordinate shipments and work closely with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order information
  • Monitor and update inventory in the system
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in food distribution, logistics, or order processing
  • Strong Excel skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
