Ø Office management: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, order office supplies, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Ø Data and record-keeping: Enter data, assist with bookkeeping, and manage databases.

Ø Support: Assist executives and other staff with various administrative tasks and projects. E.g QA/QC & Estimation department

Ø Document preparation: Prepare and edit reports and presentations as required

Ø Preparing Catalogues and Marketing works for the company.

Ø Schedule client meetings as per the instruction of the GM.

Ø Manage and Coordinate travel arrangements

Ø Answer and screen telephone calls, respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.

Ø Preparing various letters and emails as needed.

Ø Daily record keeping and filing of documents.

Ø Attend meetings in order to record minutes.

Ø Preparing Catalogues and Marketing works for the company.

Ø Schedule client meetings as per the instruction of the GM.

Ø Manage and Coordinate travel arrangements, Tickets, Hotels & Application of Visa of the GM.

Candidate must posses:

Ø Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office Suite, and general technical skills.

Ø Meticulous in completing tasks accurately.

Ø Ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise.

Ø Strong ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.

2 yrs. related experience

Must have valid RP and willing to transfer sponsorship

Having driving license is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
