Position: Administrative Secretary

Location: Riviera Gardens Compound, Qatar


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join the Riviera Gardens Compound team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office and smooth coordination within the real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, preparing documents, and handling office correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Maintain and update property records, contracts, and client files.
  • Assist with preparing reports, memos, letters, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with tenants, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Support the real estate team with documentation, leasing forms, agreements, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized working environment.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Qatari QID (transferable).
  • Experience in the real estate field is mandatory.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
