Administrative Secretary

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Company: Wizard Wash and Ice cream shop(and affiliated businesses)
Location: Richmond, VA (mix of remote & in-person errands)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations across multiple growing businesses. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience learning how businesses run behind the scenes and is eager to be involved in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Assist with payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Respond to emails, texts, and customer inquiries on behalf of the business
  • Handle small, detail-oriented administrative tasks
  • Run in-person errands as needed (local)
  • Help organize operations across multiple businesses
  • Assist with systems, processes, and general business support

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
  • Basic understanding of business tools (Google Calendar, spreadsheets, etc.) is a plus
  • Must have transportation for local errands
