We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Secretary with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, manage documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, agents, and management.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Prepare, review, and organize real estate transaction documents
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, agents, and service providers
- Draft contracts, reports, and administrative documents
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with property listings and marketing documentation
- Ensure compliance with required real estate paperwork
- Provide general administrative support to management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Previous experience in real estate is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with real estate management software is a plus
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus
- Experience working with Middle Eastern clients preferred
- Familiarity with the Syrian / Levant real estate market is an advantage
