We are an air compressor service company currently looking for an Administrative Service Assistant to provide support to our Service Department. This crucial role will be working closely with our technicians and management to be the essential core of our Service Department. One of the primary requirements of this positions is creating estimates from recommendations within a timely manner and accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Creating and sending estimates and researching parts

Collaborate with Service Manager to gather necessary information for estimates

Answering phone calls and assisting customers in a friendly manner

Processing Orders (purchase orders, sales orders)

Create billing packages from technicians work orders, PO’s and other documents

Work with technicians and management on schedule and dispatching of jobs

Verifying all parts are in stock and ready to schedule

Follow up with management, customers and technicians

Supporting service department and other departments as needed

Training to be provided for estimate creation and submittals

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Excellent time management and organization skills

Analytical and attention to details for accuracy

Able to work independently

Must have 1 year experience using QuickBooks desktop or online or other type software

One or more years working with parts and/or accounting experience preferred.

Able to locate parts using manuals, catalogs, QuickBooks and distributor materials
Good communication and customer service skills

Responsive and great follow up skills

Reasoning skills and reading/writing skills are a must

Pay is DOE

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
