POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Company. Maintain work environment in the Corporate Office. Coordinate with other departments for special projects. The role also requires managing the reception area and serving as the first point of contact for visitors.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Sit at the reception desk, greet visitors, answer calls, and ensure the reception area is well-maintained
· Maintains office supplies and other fixed assets inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
· Follow the corporate standard procedure to purchase equipment for employees if needed.
· Maintain corporate office calendar and keep track on meetings, visitors, conference calls, business travel dates, etc.
· Assist in some human resources work, such as recruiting interns and other basic positions, organizing team building activities, Visa and insurance management, Compliance and labor relationships management,etc.
· Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL CORE COMPETENCIES
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented and great organizational skills
· Have multi-tasking skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment
· Have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability and hands-on ability
EDUCATION
· Associate Degree and above
· 1-2 years of office experience preferred but not required. The Company is willing to train the right person.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
