Administrative Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a part time (28 hrs a week) Administrative Specialist with a strong background in accounting and taxes, they will provide administrative support for the Office.

Duties may include processing of invoices, entering purchase orders, using Google Drive. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, identify, recognize, and resolve problems, and have a strong understanding of accounting and QuickBooks.

Duties

  • Greet Clients/Answer phones
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciling Time Cards
  • Run Payroll
  • Purchasing
  • Receiving/processing invoices
  • Providing clerical support
  • Scanning/Printing
  • Generating reports and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite
  • Experience in calendar management and clerical tasks
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online for basic financial tasks is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Tax preparation
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading skills

Hours

  • May through January - Monday to Thursday 9 to 4 pm
  • February through April - Monday to Friday 9 to 4 pm & Saturday 9 to 12 noon
