Administrative Specialist

Job Requirements

Integrated Power Supplies International, Inc. is an electrical construction firm that specializes in residential and commercial emergency generator sales, installations, and service. We are seeking a candidate who can perform a variety of general office assignments supporting the Management team.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering Sales & Service phone lines
  • Assisting with sales contracts
  • Scheduling customer appointments
  • Routing & scheduling customer appointments
  • Completing the Town permit process
  • Filing, scanning, etc.,
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Assistant to the Controller for special projects
  • Assistant to the Management team for special projects
  • Collection calls
  • Social media posts


Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with Intuit QuickBooks
  • High school or equivalent
  • Office & customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office & computer skills
  • Clean driving record & transportation
  • Experience using smartphones, laptops, tablets
  • A high level of communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
