Position Summary
The Administrative Specialist III serves as a trusted partner to leadership and operational teams, ensuring efficient coordination of administrative functions. This professional demonstrates sound judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This role requires a true administrative professional who anticipates needs, communicates effectively, and supports operational success through strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and department teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation in accordance with policies
- Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
- Serve as a liaison between departments, leaders, and external partners
- Support onboarding processes, training coordination, and departmental initiatives
- Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, expense reports, and vendor communication
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
