Summary:
The Administrative Specialist will play a key role as part of the Outpatient Psychiatry Call Center Team performing a variety of administrative functions. Under the general supervision of the Call Center Team (CCT) Supervisor, this role will primarily be responsible for handling incoming calls from returning patients seeking appointments and information. The CCT team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, documenting patient interaction, scheduling appointments from electronic requests, and maintaining daily reports. Additionally, the team actively participates in special projects and operational support, contributes to the development of departmental and program standards, and provides professional assistance to physicians, nursing staff, clinics, and management.
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a hybrid position; however, on-site presence may be required based on department and patient needs.
