Job Duties
This position is responsible for providing confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Licensing Programs (Director); assisting with coordinating all aspects of the Director’s calendar; and providing administrative support for the Division of Licensing Programs (DOLP) Leadership Team, as assigned by the Director.
Duties may include: composing and processing correspondence; responding to requests for information; liaison with vendors, maintenance, and other agency divisions or personnel; preparing and submitting monthly reports; processing and tracking personnel information; procurement in compliance with state procurement regulations; maintaining office supply inventory; coordinating travel arrangements; maintaining confidential files and assisting with training.

Experience providing administrative support in a human services environment.
Experience in an executive support role.
Experience and/or knowledge with the Virginia legislative process.
