  • Overseeing daily operations of the ABA clinic or program
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA, insurance policies)
  • Managing budgets, billing, and financial reporting
  • Coordinating with insurance providers for authorizations and claims

2. Staff Management & Supervision

  • Hiring, training, and supervising behavior therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Ensuring staff adhere to ABA therapy best practices and ethical guidelines
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities

3. Client Services & Program Oversight

  • Ensuring high-quality ABA services are provided to clients

Qualifications
