Position Overview
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Executive to join the Corporate Technology Support Services CEO Office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting project management functions, and ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external activities in line with the CEO s directives.

What You ll Do

* Assist in project administration tasks as directed by the Office Manager and ensure timely completion of assignments.
* Support teams and committees by coordinating schedules and attending meetings as required.
* Prepare and follow up on monthly performance reports for all CASS departments.
* Maintain and update records related to Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) and corporate achievements.
* Ensure internal announcements and circulars are distributed promptly across all relevant teams.
* Review internal business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
* Maintain regular reports in the Committee Tracking System (CTS) and provide updates on progress.
* Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Office Manager.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma with 8 years of experience.
* Strong skills in administration, workflow management, and business reporting.
* Proficiency in document handling, mail management, and technical reporting.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Knowledge of Dubai Government Excellence Program is a plus.
