The Administrative Support III is responsible for a wide variety of semi-complex to some complex clerical/administrative and staff support work in the Water Recovery Division of Utilities.
This role has a moderate level of responsibility and works with the supervisor and other members of the team to create goals for the team. They maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the community and while performing their duties, complies with and enforces safety policies and the department’s Code of Conduct procedures.
Total Compensation Package:
Education
High school graduate or GED equivalent - required.
Experience
4 years of administrative support experience in an office setting - required.
Years of related experience may be substituted for required education, however education cannot be substituted for the necessary work experience. Candidates must meet the minimum required years of work experience.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (in addition to above requirements):
Work may be scheduled Monday through Friday, and may include some holiday, weekend, and evening hours.
