Support the creation and maintenance of user-friendly guidance documents (e.g., checklists, design guides, plant lists) outlining landscape standards, submission requirements, and review processes.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in site visits, inspections, and ongoing monitoring of landscaping, irrigation, and open space improvements across project phases to ensure alignment with approved plans and city requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Attend and support pre-application, pre-construction, and other coordination meetings with city staff, developers, contractors, and external agencies.</div></li><li><div>
Help respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from the public regarding development-related landscaping and open space issues.</div></li><li><div>
Assist Code Compliance Officers in addressing landscape-related code violations and documenting findings.</div></li><li><div>
Support updates to landscape guidelines, design standards, and ordinances through research, drafting, and team collaboration.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in providing technical input for city-led capital improvement projects and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and outside agencies as needed.</div></li><li><div>
