Administrative Support Level II

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for an Administrative Support Level II to provide support for our government customer in Frederick, MD.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support services including overseeing scheduling meetings, day-to-day business functions, and making travel arrangements for necessary personnel for identified missions.
• Perform writing tasks in support of the Logistical Assistance Program including but not limited to typing routine letters and memos; validating the memos, reports, executive summaries, and other correspondences for format and content consistent with the Army Correspondence regulations (AR 25-50).
• Perform a wide variety of administrative clerical tasks in such functional areas as work orders, finance, production control, supply or for special projects.
• Will gather, collect, input, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
• Compile reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and correspondence.
• Design processes and input/control data to enhance workflow.
• Provides data and documentation to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
• Participate in administrative meetings, disseminate associated information and guidance to Division/PMO personnel.
• Prepare documents IAW AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence to include preparing Department of the Army memorandums, letters, executive summaries, Information Papers briefings, meeting minutes, and staffing of other DoD correspondence.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Must have minimum of High-school Diploma

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years performing a wide variety of administrative clerical tasks in such functional areas as work orders, finance, production control, supply or for special projects.
• Must have direct experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook and MS TEAMS to effectively communicate via email with other staff; use the Outlook and MS TEAMS calendar.

• Must have the ability to successfully communicate using effective interpersonal and communication skills in addition to managing numerous efforts and effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the Program.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Army Medical Command logistics support experience is preferred

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must hold an Active Secret clearance.
