The Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking an Administrative Support Professional for Central Office domiciled in Jefferson City, Missouri. This position supports the DBH Deputy Division Director of Psychiatric Facilities and the Deputy Division Director for Administrative Services.
The base salary offered for this position is up to $53,316.00 annually, commensurate with education and experience. If the selected candidate is eligible for a pay differential, such as retention pay, the total salary may exceed what is listed in this posting.
Responsibilities - What you’ll doRequired Skills:
Applicants must be well organized, have the ability to multi-task, initiate and complete work with minimal supervision, and be able to successfully manage work priorities. Have an intermediate level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office products. Applicants must possess excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
Eligibility:
Five or more years of experience as a Lead Administrative Support Assistant (formerly Administrative Office Support Assistant); and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
