Bulldog Cleaning & Restoration provides commercial and residential water damage clean up and structural drying, mold testing and remediation, fire/soot/smoke damage clean up, basement clean outs, odor removal, carpet cleaning and so much more!

We work with commercial and residential customers at their biggest time of need. It is important that applicants are able to display empathy and understanding to our customers whilst remaining firm and displaying a sense of control over a project at all times.

We handle both the emergency response and reconstruction of damaged properties with job lengths anywhere from 2-3 days - to months - or longer.

What we are looking for:

We need help in various areas whether it be manning the phones, prepping documents & reports, helping kick the guys out the door in the morning or routing. Job duties will be administratively focused but may overlap into marketing and/or project management (in an administrative/customer service capacity).

We need assistance with managing in-house teams (hiring, scheduling, time cards, HR) as well as subcontracted labor (subcontractor agreements, licensing, scheduling, payments).

We work with insurance carriers and adjusters across our service area as it relates to these projects. For this reason, documentation is collected from the field, curated in the office and submitted to the carriers. We will need assistance with this process.

In addition to the above, we are looking for someone to assist in taking inbound and making outbound calls, customer communications, scheduling projects and contractors, route dispatch, estimate to task/load list conversions and more.

This position will work closely with the company owner and assist in varying tasks and projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST have valid drivers license and clean driver history
  • MUST pass background and drug screenings
  • MUST have reliable transportation to and from the office
  • MUST have experience in utilizing softwares including but not limited to, commercial phone systems (VOIP), excel, G-Suite (sheets, docs, team drive, gmail), previous experience using CRM systems
  • MUST show competency in scheduling and time management
  • MUST meet deadlines and goals
  • MUST display competency in using technology not limited to: Social Media, OpenAI (Chat GPT/Grok/Gemini, G-Suite, CRMs, etc
  • MUST be familiar with social postings and creative software to some degree
  • MUST be organized and systems/routine based - no organized chaos

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Hours: 7:30am start - 3:30pm

*First week likely to be reduced hours due to systems and processes training - depends on the individual*
