Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office, act as the first point of contact — manage front desk duties, reception tasks, and direct communications.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for company documents and records
Support project teams with scheduling, document preparation, and coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal departments and project tracking
Assist in preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
Ensure the office is maintained in a professional, organized, and efficient manner
Support HR, Procurement & accounts functions if required
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
