  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office, act as the first point of contact — manage front desk duties, reception tasks, and direct communications.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for company documents and records

  • Support project teams with scheduling, document preparation, and coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal departments and project tracking

  • Assist in preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed

  • Ensure the office is maintained in a professional, organized, and efficient manner

  • Support HR, Procurement & accounts functions if required

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
