Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Student Visa Consultant (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in student visa consulting, guiding students through the process of applying for international education opportunities. She should possess in-depth knowledge of visa procedures, documentation, and country-specific education systems, as well as excellent communication and counseling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities and visa application processes.
• Assess student eligibility and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries.
• Manage end-to-end student visa processes including documentation, application submissions, and interview preparations.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration and visa regulations for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and relevant authorities as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants or counselors within the team.
• Maintain accurate records of student applications and communication.
• Deliver presentations or seminars about study abroad options when required.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in student visa or education consultancy.
• Proven track record of successful visa approvals.
• Strong understanding of international education systems and visa regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student cases with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools used for client management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with major destination countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
• Strong client relationship management and problem solving skills.
• Multilingual ability (optional but advantageous).

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
