Mind Institute is a leading multidisciplinary therapy clinic in Qatar, dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services for individuals and families. Our licensed clinicians deliver psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and ABA therapy within a supportive and professional environment.

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to support our therapy services. This role is essential to the smooth daily operation of the clinic and to ensuring a positive, organized experience for our clients and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to support effective delivery of therapy services
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and therapist diaries
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in alignment with clinical documentation standards
  • Coordinate client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to therapists, clinical managers, and front-of-house operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, staff, and management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a clinical, medical, or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with scheduling and client management systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Professional, proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
