We are seeking a detail oriented and organized order writer/purchasing coordinator to support our sales and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and writing sales orders into our system, creating and issuing purchase orders to vendors, communicating with vendors to confirm delivery. This role requires someone who has excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and communication skills. Experience with order entry, purchasing, or administrative support preferred. Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus!
