Recruitment & Selection: Design and update job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks in compliance with LMRA procedures.

Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate comprehensive onboarding activities, orientation sessions, training programs, and preventive health assessments for expatriates, ensuring smooth integration.

Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain and update HR databases with new hire and current employee information, including LMRA, GOSI, Tamkeen, and Bahrainisation quotas. Manage digital and physical employee records.

HR Administration: Prepare employment contracts, payslips, certificates, and handle employee leaves. Maintain records of complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Payroll Support: Track attendance, leave balances, benefits, deductions, loans, and advance payments. Provide relevant data for payroll preparation.

Insurance & Benefits: Manage social and medical insurance registration, updates, and renewals. Oversee SADEM card applications, usage, and renewals.

Employee Engagement & Development: Collaborate with HR team to organize training programs, workshops, and company events. Support employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management: Track performance evaluations, assist managers with improvement plans, and ensure timely reviews.

Policy & Compliance: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Bahraini labour laws and company standards.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Operational Support: Provide logistical assistance by ensuring staff have required office equipment and resources.

Pay: BD500.000 per month
