About the Role

Art Zone Avenue Beauty Salon is looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated Salon Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, handling client inquiries, promoting salon services and products, and supporting our social media presence. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and profitable salon operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients warmly and professionally
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations using Altegio
• Respond to client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in person
• Promote and upsell salon services, packages, and retail products
• Support the salon in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Coordinate effectively with stylists and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with social media content creation, posting, and client engagement
• Handle client records, payments, and appointment confirmations
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front-desk administrator, or customer service representative in a salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Experience using appointment booking systems such as Altegio or Fresha is an advantage
• Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute toward salon targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business
