Northern Star Technical Services is a pump servicing and machining company established in 2005, serving major FM companies across the UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support our day-to-day operations — from document control and procurement tracking to client coordination and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day office administration, correspondence, and filing systems

⁠ ⁠Track and follow up on LPOs, invoices, and delivery orders across client portals (e.g., iSupplier)

⁠ ⁠Coordinate job cards, service records, and timesheet documentation

⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients and suppliers for purchase orders, quotations, and payment follow-ups

⁠ ⁠Support accounts receivable and payable processes in coordination with management

⁠ ⁠Prepare reports, scope-of-work documents, and professional correspondence

⁠ ⁠Maintain organized digital and physical records across projects and clients

⁠ ⁠Assist with basic bookkeeping entries and reconciliation support

⁠ ⁠⁠Inventory management

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

⁠ ⁠Freshers welcome; up to 3 years of administrative or operations experience preferred

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)

⁠ ⁠Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory

⁠ ⁠Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities

Compensation & Benefits

⁠ ⁠Salary: AED 2200 – 3,000 per month (based on experience)

⁠ ⁠Employment visa provided by the company

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
