Northern Star Technical Services is a pump servicing and machining company established in 2005, serving major FM companies across the UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support our day-to-day operations — from document control and procurement tracking to client coordination and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration, correspondence, and filing systems
Track and follow up on LPOs, invoices, and delivery orders across client portals (e.g., iSupplier)
Coordinate job cards, service records, and timesheet documentation
Liaise with clients and suppliers for purchase orders, quotations, and payment follow-ups
Support accounts receivable and payable processes in coordination with management
Prepare reports, scope-of-work documents, and professional correspondence
Maintain organized digital and physical records across projects and clients
Assist with basic bookkeeping entries and reconciliation support
Inventory management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Freshers welcome; up to 3 years of administrative or operations experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 2200 – 3,000 per month (based on experience)
Employment visa provided by the company
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
