  • Administer daily office operations, supplies, and utilities
  • Coordinate import/export processes including shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and vendors for timely movement of goods
  • Track, update, and report the status of shipments to management and customers
  • Maintain accurate records for inward/outward shipments, inventory, billing, and financial transactions
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve supply issues, and build client relationships
  • Organize and manage office files, contracts, supplier and customer records
  • Assist management in procurement, order planning, and supply chain schedules
  • Prepare documentation for export/import (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates, etc.)
  • Support management with compliance on DGFT, Customs, GST, and related statutory filings
  • Ensure timely supplies to customers and coordinate delivery logistics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (Preferred)
