Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of exhibition stands and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition/fit-out projects

- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams

- Track project timelines, deliveries, and installation schedules

- Handle client communication and follow-ups on project details

- Prepare documentation: work orders, material requisitions, reports

- Support on-site team during installation and dismantling phases

- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
